Hi, I’m Joni!

I believe everyone has the opportunity to grow as a musician, no matter what their abilities are. Let’s discover your musical potential together!

I teach students age 7+ on piano, guitar, and ukulele. My lessons include student preferred music, method books, and technology so students can be creative and are motivated to learn!

About Me!

With 20+ years of teaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Music Education (BA), and a Master’s in Music Therapy (MMT), students can trust that they are learning from a music professional who is passionate, educated, and credible.

Performing professionally as a pianist, singer/songwriter, and percussionist in a variety of styles enables me to teach multiple genre’s of music.

As a board certified music therapist since 2007, I specialize in adapting music instruction for different learning styles and abilities.
